Like when my husband offered me a cheeseburger I took a bite and it didn't feel right and then my body didn't take it to well my stomach was bubbly and I got gassy....Does this mean that the fast food is that bad.. I've been clean of fast food for 1 month now and going strong..

MANY congrats on kicking fast food. That stuff is almost inedible by the way it's prepared and the fat and calorie content. You're doing your body good sister! :-)

Yes, that's normal. After you abstain from fast food for a period of time, your body sort of forgets how to process the oils in which the food is cooked and many people find that it actually irritates their stomachs. The interesting thing about being an American is that we start eating fast food at a *really* young age....we don't know any different until we cut it out of our diet and then try to go back.

Your body never lies. It's just rejecting something that will not help it nutritionally and is hard to digest.

i didnt eat fast food for six months or more and when i ate a cheeseburger i could only get down about half of it before a spent about 10 minutes in the bathroom, and 45 on the bus feeling sick. this was on a school trip. it was horrible. but yah, i think the body begins to reject the idea of fast food if u go without it for awhile. not a bad thing, of course :)

yes stay away, i gave it up a year ago and now i can't eat it. too much grease. in fact i can't eat anything that has alot of grease or i'll feel very bad and be stuck in the bathroom for at least an hour. but it could just be that i managed to clean up my system and now ut rejects grease.
