What symbol or anything, really, comes to your mind when you think of "Discipline"?

The idea of discipline references order, self control, and poise. Some visuals that come to mind are: an anvil; a chess piece; a lion poised on a hill; a figure sitting cross-legged in a yoga pose.

I associate it negatively, personally.
