I love bacon - not too crispy but not limp and underdone, either! Love it with olive oil and garlic over angel hair pasta...yum!

If you like bacon, you need to try this:
Put 1/2 cup sugar and 1/8 cup cinnamon in a large zip-top bag.
Cut bacon strips in half (each half will be about 4" long).
Place a few strips of bacon at a time in the bag and shake to coat with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Take coated strips of bacon out of bag, twist strips in the middle and place on broiler pan.
Bake in oven at about 425 degrees until cooked to your desired level of crispness.
Remove from oven, let cool a bit, then eat.
I call it Sugar Bacon and it's amazing. Serve it at a party and people go crazy over it!

Crispy but not to crispy and on BLTO sandwhich. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I add Miracle whip and just a little ketchup to my sandwhich. Or crumbled into a spinach salad or lettuce salad...YUM!

Not too crispy either. I prefer it straight up, although, if I'm having it with pancakes, I love to dip it in maple syrup.

Chewy for me! I cook mine under the broil in a slotted pan so the grease can drip down away from the bacon. My Hubby likes his crisp.

I wrap it around chunks of boneless skinless chicken breast and then I fry them up until crisp on the outside and chicken is cooked through (10 minutes or so). I dip these bite-sized treats in sweet n sour sauce :-D
