What do u think about PDA????

Question

Ok so I work at a pizza place and we have this one couple that comes in everyday. And when they come in they make out in our lobby and practically like have sex with clothes on! It grosses me out especially because neither of them are "physically blessed" lol. Anyways its just frustrating because I have to wait on them and wait for them to finish ooogling over eachother to take there order! So what do u think?

To the guy that said get an education.. I am only 18 and I attend Wayne State University right now.. So this is just a job to get me through school thank you

IMO, there's a time and a place for everything. Save all that "sex with clothes on" for home or when your alone with your significant other. A kiss here and there is fine with me. Heavy petty in public is just over the top.

Tell your manager. I'm sure there is something they can do about it. 99% of your customers are probably put off by the excessive PDA and the company may lose business because of it. They need to be politely informed that their behavior is not acceptable at a restaurant.

As far as my view on PDA, I think hand holding and a quick peck are fine. Anything beyond that is not acceptable, except maybe at a wedding.

Sounds gross. I think if they do this everyday to the extent that you explained than it is over the top. PDA isn't a big deal to me until it goes too far like it sounds like these two are doing. Unfortunately you probably can't mention it to them without jeopardizing your job and if they are regular customers you don't want to make them upset. They have to know that they are making people uncomfortable but choose not to care. I guess I don't really have a solution for you except to say gross.

I think showing your love for someone is ok- but what those two people are doing is a little over the top.

I have a question for you though- if they were physically blessed would you still mind it so much?

they're comfortable with the whole world knowing they love each other- they just need to tone it down a bit.

PDA is fine if it's kept to a minimum. Seriously if you feel the need for a little make out session great go for it, but if you feel the need to grind against each other and have sex with your clothes on, then go the hell home and have sex! Don't do it in public assbag.

GRRR! The same thing happened to me on a plane. The couple in front of me were doing that.

PDA sucks, and all it does is make everyone else uncomfortable. Maybe your boss could be made aware of the situation, and nicely say "This is a family establishment. Please do not come back until you can control yourselves."

I personally have a problem with PDA I think there is a place and time for everything and in public is neither the place or time!

I think that the next time that you wait on them just say "oops go ahead and finish , i will come back whenever YOU are ready" If they really want pizza than they will stop making out. .....maybe, worth a try though lol

i think pda is fine to an extent. like couples shouldnt look like their having sex or dry hump or make out in public. little pecks and maybe even 5sec french isnt so bad, hand holding and hugs are fine too, other stuff save it for later

You should tell them that they need to be more conservative in the place of business bc you have had complaints from customers about the issue. Have them leave if they refuse to stop. It is not fair to the other customers to have to put up with it, and the business itself could lose a lot of business due to this.
