I don't get it. I've never seen any talent out of this guy. Is his Pop paying for the ride?

They see his daddy's big checkbook. Jayski reported several weeks ago that John Menard may have written a BIG check to Ginn to get him to merge with DEI, thus getting the 15 in the top-35 in owner points.

It may be the money. If you did your research well both Paul and his cousin both work at the Menards, Inc. corporation. Paul and his cousin worked their way up to this level. Paul was a good driver in local racing, so it could be the talent. By the way, when his dad passes away Paul will recieve an estimated $888 million.

Yeah, dad's money sure helps, but every once in a while I actually see a glimpse of talent out of the guy. Maybe I'm just seeing things. Should I get my eyes checked?

i would say the sponsership money coming in from menards honestly , he hasnt done all that much racin and he may suprise me and turn out to be a really good talent ,but right now i honestly think that the sponsership he brings with him is what is keeping him in a ride

I think he's got talent. Maybe he hasn't developed as fast as you think he should, but DEI won't let someone buy a ride.

Of course his daddy is buying it for him. Paul seems like a good guy, just doesn't seem to be a top driver. I used to think it was an equipment issue.

By looking at his stats on racing reference .com its certain that he is no good in Cup even after 4 year's and was at least a little better in the Busch series .

One would think that if a driver were better in one series than the other that they would stay in or go back to where they at least did better rather than embarrassing themselves ,their team and sponsor
