its called a "leg cast" to help put the bone back in its place and from preventing any further injuries

If you are talking about the white plaster casing that is put on a broken bone it is a cast. Nowadays you can also get a boot to put on your foot instead of a cast that allows you to remove it and put it back on. They are handy if you want to walk.

it's called a cast. and you have your leg wrapped up in it at the med ctr. then they cut it off with a circular saw zall type took with a flexable blade that wont cut skin. It takes 6-8 weeks and Sux monkey butt
