Why are liberals so mean-spirited, and hateful towards us Christians?

If they're so concerned about "people's rights", then how come they aren't concerned about OUR rights, as Christians?

When a group is concerned about people's rights, that includes all people. You don't have a monopoly on the religion card.

Yes, they are different. You want to know how? They are limited. Now the asker's children can't even bring a Bible to school! They can't even mention the word "God" in school! That is just one of the many limitations. And don't forget, if Liberals did have their way completely Christianity wouldn't even be allowed! (Liberals have outlawed churches in more Liberal countries than the U.S.A.).


P.S. I'm afraid some of you misunderstand the asker. He/She is not saying that he/she should be allowed to shove his/her opinions and beliefs down your throats. Simply that she/he shouldn't be restricted more than others for her/his beliefs.

Liberals don't want us to disagree with them and they take it personally when many times all we are doing is saying "we don't believe that is right".

When you don't agree with a liberal, the first thing they do is twist what you have said and make it into a bunch of lies, then they peddle those lies to the people. Unfortunately many of the people don't stop to learn or listen and they believe what they are "fed" by the liberals and get angry without getting both sides of the story.

I'd like to know statistic on many cases UCLA took that were pro-Christian vs. cases that were against Christians.

There is much about Christianity that is worthy of ridicule:
1.) Who else condemns innocent souls to an eternity of cruel torture, simply for failing to believe the impossible?
2.) Who else so persistently attempts to undermine the secular principles of the very country which allows them unlimited freedom of religion?
3.) Who else undermines scientific research with the potential to alleviate the suffering of millions of living human beings, all for the sake of a ball of fifty undifferentiated stem cells?
4.) Who else is eager for the end-of-days and the utter destruction of human civilization?
5.) Who else supports Dominionists, who are actively working to overthrow American democratic principles?
6.) Who else seeks to undermine scientific education in America's classrooms?
7.) Who else bombs women's health centers and murders gynecologists for performing a perfectly legal procedure?
8.) Who else murders harmless people just because they're atheists?
9.) Who else considers persistent ignorance a virtue?

Get the point? Christians enjoy all the benefits of living in a modern progressive society, while they hypocritically work -- both openly and secretly -- to undermine the civil liberties of everyone else. They are unworthy of the liberties they are lucky enough to enjoy.

Because Christianity interferes with their
agenda. Just as if you were a bank robber
and the last thing you would want to see is the blaring spotlight of the FBI as you broke into the bank safe, these folks feel the blaring light of the truth and it is too uncomfortable for them, so they are going to do everything in their power to get rid
of that light.
This is why there are laws trying to pass the Senate to make it illegal to teach or even
read certain Books of the Bible. If that law passes, preachers and Priests will be arrested for giving a sermon to their own congregation in the Church they Pastor over.
Hold onto the bar, because it will, as Scripture says "wax worse and worse" -
its gonna get real hot in the Christian proverbial kitchen, but thats okay because it will separate those of the true Church of Christ from those who just like to "play church".
If you are a Christian, then remember this
when you go into the voting booth. Thats where the majority Christians in this Nation will make the difference. Do not vote for
those with liberal ideals. They are not for your benefit or for your childs benefit, but only for the benefit of those who want a carte blanche to change this Nation into one big Sodom/Gomorrah.
We already see this when we see parades
of men dressed in ladies underwear prancing and strutting irrespectfully down the streets of Holy Jerusalem - Those in
legal power there were the ones who approved such a disrespectful display, and they were voted into office. Its time to vote alot of these types OUT of office.
If someone wants to do something radical
in their own bedroom, thats their business and none of us care worth a hoot - but there is a level of decency that this Nation used
to adhere to, and its slipping away.
I don't know about you, but I wasn't all too
thrilled with my kid seeing a parade float with two grown hairy men wearing pink babydoll nighties who kissed, fondled each others' penis, then waved to the crowd,
over and over again. Thats not pride, its
disgusting behavior. If two heterosexual people did anything remotely like that in public, they would immediately be arrested,
and should be.
The liberal agenda is a carte-blanche to do whatever the hell they want to do - and that means with OUR KIDS. Obviously as its
written, God is only giving these types enough rope to hang themselves, but until he arrives back with us, it is up to every single Christian in this Nation to do their
duty by voting them OUT OF OFFICE.
So if you are truly Christian, get out there and vote! Make it a priority for the sake of our children, and respect for our God.
