Well I like nice guys as long as they are hot. But, I think that the question is hard for me to answer because I like nice boys but I like hot boys. So I think that I would pick a nice boy. Actually I would wait till i find the one who is nice and hot.

I would choose the hot girl... for now because i am in my late teens and having fun is all that matters to me
but when i get older probably the nice girl.
If the hot girl is a nice girl visa verca. That would be great.

I'm a straight female, so that narrows it down to either hot boy or nice boy.
I would pick nice boy. After a while, the way they look doesn't matter anyway. Once you know the "real" person.

Being with a nice person is much better. Good looking people are generally full of themselves. If you can find one who's both, that's even better.
There's always plastic surgery, too, if you want to try that route (kidding!) :)
