Is blocking a user because they didn't agree with your answer a good indication of instability, insecurity and mental age? Will people like that actually survive in the outside world?

No ice cream today despite the stifling heat in the Hades section of the planet...it doesn't go well with Vegemite ;) I hear that Thricey's got cookies though.

I thought that taking your marbles and running home was when people asked a question and got their answer but didn't bother to choose a best answer, leaving some retard to get selected by the vote, and making a mockery of this whole format.
People get blocked for good reasons. Mostly because I'm angry.

I think the majority of adults act this way. I work with several who can't deal with the fact that I have different views. I have actually been "shunned" by two coworkers for things like supporting Hillary and Obama, saying I think Clinton was a great president, and not hiding the fact that I don't go to church.
They do survive, but barely. I don't think they really see reality.

always thought it was take their ball home not marbles, but either way that does make sense.
that could be a reason why users are blocked, sometimes it is also because certain folks do try their best to be unbelievably offensive.

I think its smart to block users you don't like. Why be bothered with people that you have no respect for, it just keeps things cleaner and easier and more fun.

i actually like my contacts, and one way to keep them is to keep my account. so , i read the answers i get, try to decide who is stupid enough to push the report button and block them. and no, i won't survive outside, it's 115 degrees again today in phx
