For many reasons I am scared for his soul. Here are a few of my concerns:
1) He sniffs the behinds of other dogs.
2) He is NOT in a mongomous relationship.
3) He has "special relationships" with other male dogs at the park.
4) He licks his private parts.
Someone please help! I want my dog to have good, Christian-like behavior!

God did not make dogs to be like humans, and some behaviors that are bad in humans are good in dogs.
Sniffing rear ends is very courteous in dogs, like shaking hands in humans. It would be rude in a human. You can teach him not to sniff humans' rears, as humans don't like it. Most dogs figure this out, more or less.
As for monogamy, most domestic dogs ought to be celibate, and neutered or spayed.
If you mean he humps other dogs, this is not a "relationship." It is one of dogs' ways of showing dominance without hostility, and it doesn't happen if the other dog objects. It is kind of like a hug. Dogs quickly realize that humans don't like this kind of hug, and will not permit it.
He doesn't know how to use toilet paper, a faucet,or a wash cloth, so how is he supposed to clean himself? Dogs have a greater resistance to casual infections than humans do, so they can also lick each other's mouths and privates without getting sick. If you don't like seeing it, tell him no. He can do it in private. It's not immoral.
Your dog loves you unconditionally, forgives all your wrongs, and will protect you from harm. Those are pretty good Christian values if you want to put it that way.

Maybe you should be more concerned for your "soul" and not the soul of an imaginary dog you don't have. Since in the same question you asked earlier you said you don't have room for one.
