In one place, the New Testament confirms that people will go to Heaven by their deeds, and in another place, it says that Jesus, peace be upon him is (allegedly!) the way to Heaven. There are a lot of contradicting verses like these. Christians nowadays believe that if one believes in Jesus, he'll go to Heaven in all ways even if he is a sinner. So Christians are having a new spiritual experience, which was not taught by the Law given to Moses(P).

Abrogating the Whole Law of Moses

The New Testament tells us that Jesus(P) confirms the Law of Moses(P):

Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.1

From the above verses, we can infer that Jesus(P) confirms the Shema of the Jews, as he himself had said:

"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, is one LORD."2

But suddenly, we read in another passage that, according to Christian interpretion, Jesus(P) is saying that he is (allegedly) a part of God:

"When he had gone out, Jesus said, 'Now the Son of Man has been glorified, and God has been glorified in him. If God has been glorified in him God will also glorify him in himself and will glorify him at once'."3

So there are a lot of contradicting verses, abrogating the law, confirming the law and therefore causing confusion.

Christians today are claiming that Jesus is a part of God, and that if one believes in Jesus(P), then he or she will go to Heaven in all cases even if they are sinners, and this is contradictory to the Law of Moses(P) . So, in a way, Christians are the servants of Jesus (because they claim that Jesus is God), or in other words, they serve Jesus(P) , and not God.

So What Do We Do With Such Cases According to The Law?

According to the Law of Moses(P), such a Prophet (that is, the Jesus of the New Testament) should be killed or crucified. This proves the distortion of the New Testament and the fallacy of the Jesus of the New Testament. The real Jesus(P) was a great Messenger of God and would never proclaim a Message contrary to the teachings of God Almighty!

We read that:

"If prophets or those who divine by dreams appear among you and promise you omens or portents, and the omens or the portents declared by them take place, and they say, "Let us follow other gods" (whom you have not known) "and let us serve them," you must not heed the words of those prophets or those who divine by dreams; for the LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you indeed love the LORD your God with all your heart and soul. The LORD your God you shall follow, him alone you shall fear, his commandments you shall keep, his voice you shall obey, him you shall serve, and to him you shall hold fast. But those prophets or those who divine by dreams shall be put to death for having spoken treason against the LORD your God–who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of slavery–to turn you from the way in which the LORD your God commanded you to walk. So you shall purge the evil from your midst."4

This verse clearly states that no Prophet is divine, and any Prophet who claims to be divine is a false one and should be put to death. This is not the case with the true picture of Jesus(P), the truth about Jesus(P) is totally different as he was a great and true Messenger of All⨮

Well,I know how you feel....Christianity has misled many, and today, even the priests are spiritually lost. Well,I might as well start explaining some bible truths that I have learned.....first of all, the bible does not support the idea that if you simply "exercise faith in Jesus" you will go to heaven..but it does say that if we exercise faith in Jesus and the ransom sacrifice, that we will live forever on a paradise earth. But to "exercise" involves work. James 2:26 says"faith without works is dead." SO we have to prove our belief in Jesus by preaching to others about it just as Jesus did.

Also, there is one very important bible truth that some people know, and some dont.... dont you think that god has a name? dont you think that the person who created and named us,has a name himself?well he does.Psalms 83:18 says"That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah,You alone are the MOST HIGH over all the earth" JEHOVAH is god's name translated from english.in hebrew,it is "YWHW" and it has many differnet languages.Look that scripture up in your bible. It probably says it there. If it doesnt, look on the first page of your bible on the"forward" section. And they will even admit that they replaced god's name with titles such as "lord" or "god" or "our father" which doesnt make any sense..."you whose name is our father??? and Isaiah 45:10 says"you are my witnesses is the utterance of Jehovah. Hence the name,"jehovah's witnesses". Which I proudly am...a Jehovah's witness.
By taking in knowledge and baptizing yourself in the NAME OF THE FATHER,the son,and teh holy spirit, you gain everlasting life. And you will not be destroyed when the end of this system of things comes.Just thought I might explain this to all to you guys, because many people do not understand Jehovah's witnesses. But in reality,it makes more sense than any other religion out there...there is an accurate explanation for everything.
So I think that you should think about why you accept the religion that you currently follow...is it because your parents and family do? or is it because you honestly believe that it is the truth?? hope this helps.

Since Jesus is God, worshipping Him is not idolatry. As for your accusations of contradiction, you are simply ignorant of the Bible. You say, "the New Testament confirms that people will go to Heaven by their deeds". This is entirely incorrect, as Christianity enforces salvation through faith, for by the works of the law there shall no flesh be justified. No man on earth is capable of pleasing God with respect to the law, which is why Jesus came to fulfill it for us. This is not to say that "good deeds" have nothing to do with perfecting faith, but it is the faith and confession of that faith in Jesus that gives Christians salvation.

As to the claim, that Jesus claimed to be a part of God and at the same time addressed Him, I have only to refer you to the definition of the Trinity(Father, Son, Holy Spirit) which allows Jesus to address God the Father, while at the same time being God Himself, as the Son. Thus, it is not contradictory.

Christians believe that Jesus is God because that's what the Bible says He claimed in John 8:58, that He was the "I AM" of the Old Testament's Exodus 3:14. And not only this, but the fact that He was born of a virgin from the substance of the Holy Spirit(Matthew 1:20), meaning that He is God.

Jesus is the incarnation of God Almighty. When he died at Calvary he redeemed mankind from sin if they repented of their sins and followed Him. Upon His death the dispensation of Law ended and the dispensation of Grace began and salvation, once only available to the Jews, became available to all. Jesus stated in John 8:58 that He pre-existed Abraham by saying, "...before Abraham was I AM". He is the Great I AM of Israel. We read prophecy about Him in the book of Isaiah, chapter 9, verses 6 & 7 which states "For unto us a child is given...and He shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Since this is true, how can one be practicing idolotry when worshiping the one true God.

I think this is more than 1000 characters, but whatever...

We are judged on our deeds BY Jesus and one of the things Jesus told us to do was we had to accept Him, be baptized, and some other things that we shouldn't do. There is no "if" you're a sinner because everyone sins. Everyone has the opportunity to be saved.

The real Jesus, even if He was "just" a prophet, said to love your enemies...not to kill them. Jesus was a true prophet, He was the Son of God, and if you're a gnostic you believe that Jesus TOLD Judas to turn Jesus in..so Jesus was killed by his own will, not by the will of the others...

Of course I'm not a gnostic, but I don't see that as un plausible...

I don't follow the laws of Leviticus or any other Old Testament covenant laws because Jesus formed a New Covenant with it's own laws in Matthew 5-7.

Under the laws of Moses, you had to have a blood sacrifice for the atonement of sin. Jesus fulfilled that sacrifice by dying on the cross and then, according to the scriptures, he rose again the third day, for our sins. (I Corinthians 15: 3-4) The law of Moses was given to a rebellious nation to turn their heart back to God. The law was our schoolmaster until Jesus, now, if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart (belly) that God raised him from the dead, we shall be saved. That is the beginning. We are Christians when, we do as Christ Jesus did, all that he did. It also states that we must endure to the end, that suggests that there is a way to loose your chance of heaven. There is a big word, IF. If we keep in memory all that Jesus taught the disciples and all that they taught, then, we have a chance. Jesus said in the last day there will be many that say Lord, Lord and say all the miracles they did. He will say, depart from me, I never knew you. We must believe, that is to trust in and rely upon, That Jesus died, was buried and rose again according to the scriptures if we are to be saved.

Its very convenient to Mohammed's status that Jesus should be regarded as a mere prophet.

However .. read the gospels and letters in the New Testament and you see He claimed to be more than a prophet ... way way more.

If the gospels and letters are corrupt bring forward evidence. No substantial evidence can be found. The ones that are most offensive to mohammedan scholars such as Paul's letters were the first to be regarded as canonical !

Moreover we receive the Holy Spirit who confirms the witness of the gospel and the Church.

Listen here to Jesus talking to scholarly religious types much like Saudi-trained mullahs in their self-confidence and training (and, dare I say it, aggression):
John 5:39-40: "You diligently study the scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life." Which mere prophet can offer life?

And in many other places Jesus made staggering claims about himself. This was confirmed when He rose from the dead, and sent the Holy Spirit to the Church as witness and strengthener to believers.

you're picking and choosing from various statements that Jesus made, but what you're not doing is finishing the whole book or chapter as to what Jesus was reflecting on or talking about....Jesus did talked about Moses' Laws, but if we understood the same laws....these were the Golden rules... an eye for eye, no questions asked type of rules...

He didn't come to abolish the laws or the prophets, but he did come to fulfill in the sense that he was adding a new chapter to it... and that is FORGIVENESS, LOVE, LOYALTY and all that's good in the eyes of GOD....Jesus said, if someone slaps you on one cheek, turn the other.... If someone asks to walk with them for one mile... go for 2.... it's about LOVE that unconditional as God sent his Son to die for this world....

before Jesus was crucified, he wasn't noted in that Holy Trinity concept.... this came after, but he has noted and stated that He is the way, the word and the everlasting life for no one will go to God, but through him.......

I'd say people have statues, paintings, jewelry of Jesus as inspirations for God was among us Emmanuel...it might look as idoltry to others, but we all have our own reasons for keeping something as a sign of hope and something that's good in our lives....

All scripture is inerrant and inspired by God. All who have believed in Christ will go to heaven, those who have not believed will be judged according to their works, but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Scripture says that unless you have accepted Christ, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Christ also says: "I and the father are one." Scripture tells us that the purpose of the law was that sin might increase, so that grace could increase all the more.
"Christ is the end of the law"

Jesus is not a prophet. What prophet could say "before Abraham came to be, I AM"? What prophet could say "to have seen me is to have seen the Father"? What prophet could accept worship from an Apostle who fell at his feet and proclaimed "My Lord and my God"? What prophet could calm the sea, cure lepers, raise the dead, and rise from the dead Himself, by His own power, as Jesus clearly indicated He would do??

Being a Muslim as you obviously are, you are operating from a premise that is mistaken at the outset: Jesus was the son of God, and was God made flesh. Without understanding that, and without having the spirit of God through being born again in Christ, you will not have God's discernment of His Word.

Sorry.
