Ok so I am thinking about getting a hip surface peircing cuz I think they are really cute.... Now I dont kno if it would look tacky or slutyish but I dont have any tattoos and the only peircings I have are a tiny crystal stud in my nose and a tiny crystal stud on the side of my bottom lip its the same size as my nose ring so very tiny just like a little sparkle... Now I m not the type of crazy peircing tattooo freaky girl... I am pretty preppy or I dont know what you would call me... lol... I dont kno... im not emo or rockerish or preppy I just wear like clothes from forever 21 stuff like that like funky chic stylish styles i dunno... I just dont want to look like a freak... no offence to the people who have that style its just not for me... well I want to get this piercing but I dont want too look freaky or anything... its like gettin a little tattoo on your hip but instead its not permament so what di you think this is the piercing I want just only on one side..

I think it would look cute on you, however, surface piercings tend to reject. I suggest that you look into getting dermal anchors instead, they are much less likely to reject, and they look just the same. The only difference is that you would have to get for dermal anchors instead of 2 piercings.

Hip piercing are nice and i like it. But i want to give you some advice:
- get your piercing in a qualified studio,
- choose longer surface bars that are better for this piercing
- take the piercing clean to avoid risks.
At the end i say you should pierce both hips because these piercing are nicer in couplet.

Wow that's really cute,
don't worry what other people think.
I really like it though.
I also have a stud on my left side of my lip. It's a little bigger than a nose stud but it has a rhinestone in it too.

I think if you like it you should get it. It is a piercing that could be easily covered if you needed it to be. I like the piercing .I'm thinking of getting it myself!!
I say go for it. And I also think it would look nice not slutty.

So go ahead and get it. It'll suit your style too. Especially if you get nice shiny pink balls instead of silver.
It'll only look sl*tly if you "make" it slutty.
Just make sure you give your new piercings "sea salt soaks".

I wouldnt get them done. that area has alot of movement. they will be hard to heal and most surface piercings often always reject..w hich will leave you with a scar.
here is some more information for you to look at though! i love the way they look too.. check out "microdermal anchors" they are pretty new. and more permanent.. less of a rejetion rate as well.
