Is it a long process that takes forever or do they come and arrest the person? Just curious.

Probably nothing. It is too bad since the American people want these people gone. It is the one issue almost everyone agrees on.

89% of the people polled either strongly or somewhat favor someone requiring english

65% either strongly or somewhat favor building a fence and hiring more border agents

64% stongly or somewhat OPPOSE allowing current illegals to recieve a visa if they pay a $5,000 fine

Americans don't hate immigrants they hate illegals. They don't even mind them getting on the path to citizenship if they learn english, pay fines, and get fingerprinted.

According to our government being an ILLEGAL alien is not a crime in itself.
If you call local law enforcement and the reported ILLEGAL alien is not committing a crime they don't have the power to do anything!
You or local law enforcement can contact the US department of Immigration and they may come and check on it sometime, but I wouldn't hold my breath till they got there!!!

This is a bit of a sarcastic answer, and I must admit I don't truly know what will happen (probably check his status and if he is indeed illegal send him back to where he came from), but they'll probably ask him if there's anything he needs, give him a good paying job, house, foodstamps, Medicaid and Medicare, disability, and all other govt. assistance programs you can think of that wouldn't go to natural-born citizens.

I have no idea how long it would take, but if anything I've heard is true, they'll deport him but it doesn't matter because he'll come back and try again. (Or she)

You may end up in prison with the two border guards who shot at and wounded an illegal alien drug smuggler, crossing the Texas border.

I suggest you use this service. http://www.reportillegals.com/
They create a paper trail...a massive one...so that government officials can be held responsible for inaction on a legitimate report. If those illegals are reported and the report is ignored...and then one commits a felony...the paper trail can cause an inept government official to lose his/her job.

This forces accountability. I've had much success with it as government employees are terrified of paper trails. Services like this have forced compliance of major businesses and industries.

how do you know they are illegal? have you asked them in person? cuz you know they are not gonna say they are illegal if you ask them. You have no proof. but go ahead and call the police, since apparently you care so much.

My guess is they probably won't do anything. That is why there are about 12 million of them here now. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out.

Don't tell the police. They don't care. Tell ICE. They are deporting aliens every day.

Contact ICE....
