A company is threating to send my bill to a collecting agency. I always pay the bill in full every month. I decided to stop part of their service a couple weeks ago. I get the bill today and it's a month in advance and they want me to pay it in full when i quit part of the service and now they're threating to send it to a collecting agency when i no longer have the full service and why pay full service ? Any advice on what to do ??

No contracts are involved just a normal monthly bill.

Something is missing here. Do you have some kind of contract? Are you sure you pay in advance?

I'd ask to speak to a supervisor and let them explain why you have to pay in advance for a service you don't have anymore.

The threat to turn you over to collections, especially if you've always paid promptly, is out of line. I would have told the idiot that I would solve the whole thing and cancel ALL the service.
