I have braces and I have a triumph electric toothbrush. Right now I have the toothrbrush head that has those yellow plastic things that are supposed to act as "flossers" (aka Oral B Floss Action), there's another one that has the round thing at the top and an addition thing at the bottom and the two move in two different motions (aka Oral B Dual Clean) and last but now least, there is the braces toothbrush head which basically just looks like a regular toothbrush head. I think that the dual head would work better since there's more area it covers and it moves in two different ways?
Does anyone have any of these (or has braces) and want to give me their input? Has anyone used the braces replacement head?
THANKS.

Take your toothbrush into the orthodontist and ask him. He can tell you whether or not to use it.

The first thing you need to do is call your orthodontist and ask them what brush(s) they recommend. My daughter uses the brush they provided for her. She also uses a small Christmas tree shaped brush to clean under the wire. Most dentist do not have a preference as to what brand, but they all say to brush your teeth for 3 full minutes. The firmness of the bristles is a personal one. Most dentist say to avoid a hard bristled brush, they can cause gum damage and scrape the enamel off delicate teeth.

LUCCIAA,
YOU SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT LOOKING FOR AN IDEAL WAY TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH/BRACES.

THE WORST THING IS THE TIME INVOLVED WITH GOING IN BETWEEN EACH BRACKET AND TOOTH. MOST PEOPLE GIVE UP ON THE DAILY HYGIENE AFTER A FEW DAYS.

IF I COULD TELL YOU OF A WAY TO KEEP YOUR TEETH/GUMS IMMACULATE AND EVERY BRACE AND WIRE SPOTLESS WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED?

YOU NEED TO BUY AND USE A WATERPIK IRRIGATOR.
USING ONE IS VERY EASY AND YOU GET FABULOUS RESULTS. YOUR ORTHO. WILL BE AMAZED!!!
ONCE YOU USE THE WATERPIK YOU'LL WONDER HOW YOU GOT ALONG WITHOUT IT.
