It is possible to detect alcohol in urine for up to 5 days due to an enzyme that is excreted when alcohol has been in the system.

They specifically have to test for that enzyme though, and that test is expensive, they would have to have a good reason to run that extra test.

Normally 24 hours would be enough time for regular metabolites to not be present in the urine.

Here is what you can do to pass the test in the allotted time:

1. Drink lots of fluid before the test, make sure it comes out looking like water.

2. Do not ingest or use any thing that might contain alcohol, this includes mouth wash, some tooth pastes, and Chewing gum!, Some breath mints. Even avoid things with alcohol that might come in contact with your skin to be on the safe side.

Probably. It takes a glass of wine, a can of beer, or a small mixed drink an hour to pass through your system. Small amounts, though. If these were small drinks, they should pass within 4 hours or so. If you are a teeny tiny person and they were 40 oz drinks, maybe they wouldn't, but even then they might. 26 hours is over a whole day. You should be good to go. Drink water to be sure. Flush your system.

I believe that it takes an hour for your liver to process one drink (which is defined as 1 1/2 oz of liquor, 1 6oz glass of wine or 1 12oz beer) so as long as your drinks weren't in big gulp containers from 7-11, you should be ok.

Either way, drink lots of water just to be sure.

Yes. To be sure your body flushes and repairs itself, drink as much water as possible after getting liquored.
