my current boyfriend
one time when i woke up he was sitting by my bed with a bunch of flowers of "forget-me-not" my favourite that he had specially woken up earlyer just to pic it for me... that is just one of many things that he has done for me..

and me for him..
one time when he came home from work i was lying in bed, (i had a long shower, did my hair, and put on a special perfume) and i was wearing very sexy outfit.. i asked him to sit down.., then i put some music on and did a tease..

and the first romantic or sweet thing that i got,...
my best friend in the whole world, showed up at my door (he lives kinda far away) he gave me a blue rose, kissed my cheek and said that i was the most beauteful girl in the world, and that he loved me very much..
but after he left my place i got to know what he was doing the day after... after he said goodbye to me.. he went home and killed himself. he was just saying the last goodbye to me, i was the last one to see him alive

My husband is Greek and traditionally they don't do the proposal thing, getting down on one knee with a ring etc.. It was just taken as read that we would get married. I always thought I'd missed out, not so much on the ring but on the whole romantic proposal thing. Anyway, about a month before the wedding, we went out for a meal. The owner of the restaurant came over with a basket of flowers for me and there in the middle was a ring box!! My other half then got down on one knee with the box in the middle of a busy restaurant and proposed, he was shaking with fear and had a tear in his eye. That meant the world to me, especially as it wasn't the "done" thing where we live.

The most romantic thing I have done, I wrote a poem for him on our first anniversary last year and had a star named after him. The poem made him cry.

The most romantic thing my man did for me was take me walk on the beach with a nice fire light and some fruits give me a massage and we make love in the sea breeze. Cause he cant cook he didn't make dinner but i enjoy myself.

The most romantic thing i did for him was i made him a fansty dinner set up in my room with some candle lights and i brought a nice sexy outfit to wear for him because i haven't seem him for a month and we make love the whole night through.

Really a partner should be there for you when you are having a difficult time. That is what relationships are all about. Its understanding he is hesitant becaus he may feel that if you through another patch then you may push him away again. Read here https://tr.im/djSqQ

I am going through something similar, but she hasnt made any contact to come back to me, and I know even though I may want her, I would be hesitant because of the possibility of going through the same thing again.

I dont know how long you have been apart, but dont pester him to get back with you, although it would be good for you to let him know your feelings, and that you are sorry for pushing him aside.

If he is willing to chat, then great, if he is reluctant, just offer to be a friend maybe, but you have to know that it does not mean he will come back to you.

He will care about you, even after what iv gone through...feelings dont just dissapear no matter what he may say. Stick in there. only time will tell.

If you get another chance, then make the most of it and never let him go awain because if you do, he will never come back. I really hope it works out for you. Its a difficult thing to go through.

I took my last girlfriend out to an awesome date. Started with dinner at an expensive restaurant, then to see the Syracuse Symphony. Midnight bowling. Walk in the park. Hotel, well you can guess the rest. My wallet was a little lighter, but well worth it in the end!

Well he does alot of romantic and sweet things. For my birthday he surprized me with the rocker recliner I wanted. And a few weeks ago he built me the bookcase I have been wanting. He did it just because while I was at work. For him, well, I had a romantic evening waiting when he got home from work complete with candles and a bubblebath.

It may not seem like much, but one night he thought I was asleep and started to sing "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol while stroking my hair. It was so romantic to me because he wasn't doing it to impress me (thought I was asleep). The most romantic thing I think i've done for him would have to be when I planned a picnic for him for his birthday.. just me, him, a picnic basket and a bottle of wine.

We had been dating for 1 year. I was at work and went I left to the parking lot I found my car full of balloons, and there was a letter saying be patient.
When I got home my room was full of ballons and in the middle was a basket hanging from a big ballon and it had a beautiful watch inside.
The letter said this is for our time.
It was cool.

the nicest thing someone of the opposite sex has done for me was last year, a guy at work who id gone out with a couple of times knew how much i liked anything to do with the Titanic and he was the same. He came upto me one day at work, asked for my hand, kissed it and slipped a note in my hand then walked off. I opened it and it said "meet me in the canteen 3pm, make it count" !! that was definately the sweetest thing ever.
