well i am not fat and u cant saay i look like a supermodel. my legs are pretty skinny and i dont think they look attractive. so i would like to gain weight in my legs and butt. but if i eat more i would get bigger curves and i dont need taht cuz my curves arent that small right now. so what im asking is any tips to get more legs (tighs) and but with out gaining the weight in my upper body

It sounds like you have the body type that doesn't allow that. I would try working on your middle to balance out your body shape.

It depends on your body type as to where you gain the fat. If you go on a weight gain diet you won't have to worry about getting too much upper body weight because your body favours areas like your thighs & butt.

The best way to shape up in those regions is heavy weight training. Muscles give a woman a curvy look without being fat. A lot of black woman are good examples of curves without too much fat.

Okay, I hate to break it to you and I don't know how old you are but -- the idea that you can lose or gain weight in one specific area of your body WITHOUT the help of plastic surgery is a MYTH!

You cannot add fat to your butt and legs if you are not predestined to have fat and butt in your legs. If you gain weight and you see it go to your face and your hands first... well that is where it is going to go.

However, you can bulk up your lower body. I would suggest doing lunges, squats, and the leg press to build muscle and gain emphasis on that area of your body.

What woman doesn't look HOT with large muscular thighs?

If we could all gain and lose weight in certain areas none of us would have a problem with the way we look.

I think what you'll need to do is build up the muscle in your legs to make them more shapely. Get to a gym and tell a trainer what you're looking for, and they can show you what machines will work your muscles to develop them properly. I know working out is a pain, but the plus side is that it'll help thin out your torso, too, and you should get curvy all over in the ways you want. Lots of people who aren't fat don't exercise enough, and so their body fat content is too high, and they have poor muscle tone. This is probably your problem.

I wouldn't try gaining weight in your thighs and butt, I would gain muscle, thats what will look good. Just find some exercises that work your butt and legs, and do them every day.

I think you just need to build up your upper leg and butt .Try doing some squats and lunges and that will build up that area at the same time you will stay firm also maybe try some leg curls .

try eating healthy meals consisting of more proteins then u should do some squats and pilates that work on your lower body thus giving you more muscle definition in your legs and butt

do exercises with weights that only use your legs. don't change your diet, just exercise your legs and build up those muscles.
