not sure what you mean about mixing milk and meat but here are a couple sandwiches that we eat all the time:

Egg Salad
INGREDIENTS
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices Canadian bacon
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise and mustard. Place English muffins cut side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, 1/4 cup egg mixture and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Crab Pitas
INGREDIENTS
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
2 green onions, chopped
12 small (4 inch) pita breads, halved
DIRECTIONS
Place cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions into the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture into each pita half. Serve immediately.

We use left over roast beef for sandwiches too.
