I don't believe it is. We have a principle in the US that we fight wars only to defend ourselves--this is why the Dept. of War was renamed the Dept. of Defense. Iraq never attacked us or threatened to.
The Bush admin. trotted out a number of justifications for the invasion, and when each one in turn was proven false there was a new one. They were -all- false.
Bush constantly conflated Iraq with 9/11 and Saddam with Osama, mentioning them both together in the same sentence in every speech. At one point 70% of Americans believed Saddam was behind 9/11 even though nobody in the administration never actually claimed he was. Even today 30% of Americans believe it. All along it was just a fake excuse to make it look like we were only defending ourselves by invading Iraq, which is really a lie. The 9/11 evildoers were from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Iraq and Saddam had nothing to do with it.
Finally, we subscribe to international law that forbids 'pre-emptive' war.

The U.S. has made serious mistakes in the past, and it seems they just don't learn. Iraq was an excuse to re-activate American economy. Iraq never requested help from the U.S. The nuclear testing was never proved. Ohh but they did hang Sadam and everybody got to watch it as it that were justice. War is wrong and what is happening in Iraq is wrong.
Bring the boys back home and leave the world alone.

Hello,
Well unfortuately when you are caught telling lies your credibility is destroyed. There were no weapons of mass destruction and Al Quaeda had no love for Saddam.
Be that as it may, these dictators kept their states secular and either jailed or killed off these Islamic fanatics who have been festering since the 40's and 50's, keeping them in their place. Now a big Pandora's Box has been opened and they are loose on the world now.
Cheers,
Michael Kelly

It isn't, it never was.
It distracted attention and resources from the situation in Afghanistan where intervention was much more justifiable and relevant.
Invading Iraq, as warned by some intelligence services before the event, has almost certainly recruited more terrorists than it has eliminated.

The Iraq War was never just. End of story. It was for George W. Bush's selfish means.

This is Mr Bush's war .It is being fought to slay any personal masculinity doubts and demons that Mr Bush may have .
There never was a reason for us to be in Iraq and I think that it's time that we packed up our military machine and went home
