HELP! We have a Horrid Infestation of fleas. We had Orkin come out and bomb 2 days ago but the fleas are so bad I can't even get to my laundry to wash it and well that's even worse because the fleas are in the laundry. I'm pregnant and have a 5yr old and 18 month old. I need something to protect myself long enough to get the 10 loads of laundry washed that I haven't been able to get to because of the Fleas. I know the fleas won't go away until I get the laundry done. It's He double hockey sticks in my home and I'm going to lose it if I don't get rid of the fleas. Does anyone know of a natural or home remedy that I can use to repel the fleas long enough to kill what's in my laundry???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU READY...
I have the solution !!!
No joke!!!
It is the answer you are looking for!

It is completely safe and a natural remedy...it is a very known trick...but yet more of a word of mouth kind...not advertised on the product at all.

I use this whenever it gets out of control at my house during flea season...

You need to go to your closet laundry detergent isle and buy a few boxes of *BORAX*. It is for laundry and cleaning...but there is an ingredient in there that kills fleas...it's safe for animals and humans....sprinkle it ALL OVER your carpet and put it on thick...you can use a broom to work it into the carpet better....then LEAVE IT ON THERE for a few days and then procede to vacume it up...dead fleas and all....ALSO use it to wash your clothes too along with your normal detergent.

*** I SWEAR BY THIS METHOD- don't know what I'd do with out it! I have animals and children and it is difficult to deal with fleas in a safe manner but that works too!

*** Get advantage as soon as possible too! Try to do it at the same time.

Good Luck !!

Do you have pets? Use frontline on them. Put moth balls in your vacuum cleaner and vacuum. Wash all laundry and sheets. Good Luck. Also, Orkin should redo the job if they were out 2 days ago and you still have fleas. Don't forget to get your yard done too.

I read not long ago that if you vacuum every day and put table salt down in your carpet (maybe on your soiled clothes too) that the fleas will die from the salt and you can keep vacuuming them up. You poor girl. I hope that you can still vacuum being pregnant. Treat your animals ASAP. Try Frontline or Advantage plus. Be careful not to get it on your skin dear. You don't want that to get into your body while carrying your child.

The safest and cheapest method of getting rid of fleas is to use a mixture of boric acid and salt. The powder should be sprayed on carpets, bedding and areas frequented by pets. More information on getting rid of fleas is available at http://pests.in/fleas.html

You need Advantage FAST!!!!! The fleas will start dying ASAP and you can get back to life. You need to treat for three months to get rid of the whole infestation.

There is NO home remedy that will save you.
