No, there has been some suggestion that the HAARP project could be causing global warming but these claims are wild speculation and don't stand up to scrutiny.
I've taken and analised samples of the atmosphere myself, there's nothing untoward, just variations in the concentrations of the different components. We have atmospheric samples dating back 800,000 years and over 10,000 monitoring stations acorss the planet, nothing new or untoward has turned up.
There may be some secret military tests that are being conducted somewhere that we don't know about, irrespective of what these tests may be the contribution they could be making to global warming is miniscule.

I think you need to find a tin foil hat to wear 24/7. Please make sure it is tin foil as aluminum foil will not work. Hopefully, this will protect your brain, or what there is left of it, from all of the conspiracy theory rays you are obviously being exposed to.

It's a conspiracy theory worthy of a few jokes. But on a serious level, no.

Please - What evidence do you have to make this claim? Or are you just trying to start something?
