After installing the drivers for your mp3/4 (typo?) player from the CD connect it to your computer using the USB cable, or whatever.

Open media player and click arrow at the bottom of the "library" tab, and select music (this is for media player 11 - it's free and available from http://media-player-download.com/) I don't think other versions are the same, and sometimes can be quite hard to use, so you may as well get media player 11.

Next click the synch tab and select all the songs you want to upload (you can click each individually by holding shift and clicking, if you click on the top one, hold shift and click on the bottom it will select all your files) and click start synch on the bottom right.

Depending on how many files you have it could take several minutes. It's as easy as that.

If it doesn't work you may have a variety of problems.

1) You haven't installed the drivers properly
2) You haven't connected the device properly (you should be able to tell by the 'new USB noise' playing when you connect it, sometimes there's a popup saying "new device detected too - you could go to my computer to check it's connected)
3) The files are the wrong format for your mp3 player. For instance most mp3 players don't like i-tunes files, and ipods don't like napster files.
4) Media player hasn't detected/doesn't like your mp3 player. You'd need to give more details if that was the case

only ipod sync with computer but mp4 do not, just right click the song then send to removable disk or (name of your) mp4
