what kind of fees are you looking at if you have been cought with out a valid Sc Drivers licence?

Probably a few hundred bucks. The fees from the court won't be very much, but it's the rise in insurance rates that will kill you.

Depends on your age and why you were stopped to begin with. Under 18, could lose driving privleges until 18 or 21. Judge decides the fines you must pay.
