Neither of the aircraft you mention have an ejection system. The way a crew would bail out is to open the doors on either side of the aircraft forward of the aft ramp area. After insuring your parachute is attached properly, you jump. The reason for jumping from the rear area is one of safety. You are less likely to strike the fuselage, horizontal or vertical stabilizer on the way out.

You cannot eject from either of them because they have no ejection seats. The simplest egress system for either of them would be a parachute and a jump.
PS: Both these aircraft are tried, tested and reliable work horses. They have not been known to go down easily. The C-130 can dead stick with all 4 engines off, even on unmade short surfaces.

You can't, they never fit ejector seats to planes that can carry passangers. But there's nothing fundamentally difficult about changing that. You'd just need a blow out panel in the roof, most modern ejector seats would then be more than adequate to get you clear of the aircraft before any bits of it hit you. A seat like a Martin-Baker Mk16 would get you well clear of the aircraft.

You wouldn't. Neither of those aircraft have ejection seats installed.

You don't, that's the problem. But if you did, probably they'll do just as they do in the fighter aircraft, blow off the whole roof above you with a tube of explosive. You'd still be in danger of smashing into the tail/empennage(whatever you wanna call it) of these aircraft, because it's bigger than the ones on fighter jets.

You'd have to go to the e-door, hope there is a parachute on board, and cross your fingers.
