A) Traditionally, willing vampires are held to be without souls. Therefore they are already forever lost.
B) Traditionally, willing vampires do not and unwilling vampires cannot accept the sovereignty of the Lord. That's why crosses, crucifixes, holy water, etc. do them such a mischief.
C) Therefore, it wouldn't matter what they believe Jesus to be, it's too late for them. Although it's also traditionally held that the person who is unwillingly turned vampire can be saved through the application of a sharpened wooden stake through the heart and the subsequent sprinkling of the corpse with holy water while intoning the prayers for the dead. The theory being, that since they were good God-fearing Christians and became vampires UNwillingly, that they can be reclaimed for the Lord via the above-mentioned means.
D) Never having witnessed such a rite nor its aftermath, however, I am not prepared to assign veracity or the lack thereof to any part of the tale.

In Bram Stokers original novel "Dracula" the vampire's soul was trapped in it's evil posessed body and would be set free when the vampire was staked. If the vampire was not destroyed by Judgment Day then the person would be sent to hell even if he was saved. This is ridiculous because in real life saved people will never go to hell but Bram Stoker was probably not much of a theologian.

LOL...I'm trying to imagine what the orthodox answer would be.
I'm supposing most people will just rely on the fact that vampires don't exist in order to dodge the question. Which seems lazy to me.
But I think, on the theory, the Christian soul of the vampire exits his body when he's "made." Usually, though, in the books, it goes to Hell - which is the great pitfall of being killed by a vampire. So the vampire qua vampire can't be saved, because he's just a corpse gorged on the lifeforce of others.

The undead are cursed. This includes vampires. "Killing" a vampire means that it's spirit is released. If the vampire - before the curse - was saved, this condition would persist throughout the duration of the vampirism. When they are killed with a stake to the heart, their soul is released and wherever it is destined, there it goes.

Vampires are mythological or folkloric beings that subsist on human and/or animal lifeforce. So they are not men, and not even real, and salvation, in the biblical sense, is not afforded to them. So, the answer is no, vampires cannot be saved.

Ha, ha. You've just exposed the fallacy of most Protestant churches that subscribe to Martin Luther's teachings that ALL who confess that Christ is their Savior will be saved. Good job. Since I do not believe that then my answer to you is NO, he would not be saved.

The vamp would have to find a way to enter a church. Then, instead of killing, he could satisfy his blood thirst with the wine which has been transubstantiated into the blood of Christ.
