First of all, I urge you to get away from your b/f. Is this really the kind of man you want to be with for the rest of your life as your husband and father of your children? Maybe he says he'll stop drinking, but how do you know he will? The answer is—you don't, not until it's too late.
And the reality is that someone who has a problem with alcohol right now, will probably still have it in the future. Alcohol can be very addictive, and even if he wanted to stop he might not be able to do so without outside help. Why doesn't he prove his love for you by stopping right now? The Bible warns, "Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise" (Proverbs 20:1).
I have read many letters from someone whose spouse promised to quit some harmful habit once they were married—but didn't. Sometimes it's alcohol or drugs or some other destructive habit; sometimes it's a character flaw like anger or jealousy or greed. Whatever the cause, now the husband or wife finds themselves trapped. Why take that risk?

Instead, I urge you to commit your life to Jesus Christ and seek His will for your life—including your marriage. Urge your boyfriend to give his life to Jesus also, for he needs God's help to get his life in order. Even if it isn't God's will for you to be married to each other, God still loves you both, and wants you both to come to know Him and follow Him every day.

YES, I will as will alot of others here.

Sometimes words can hurt more than
someone hitting you...its those words
you need to think about, as to if their
is a future in being treated this way...

I dealt with this type of abuse in the past,
and it is NOT something I would ever go
through again...God Bless YOU.

If you have a bible, read Psalm 139. God tells you how beautiful you are. Oh, and don't worry about the phone....some days I am thrilled when I forget it...such a hassle! :)

I'll pray for you!

I can and will pray for you but maybe God's waiting for you to turn to Him. Find a quiet place and get right with Him. It'll be good for ya.

God does love you! really!! and to Him you are lovely...you are worth everything to Him! Satan (who is not God at all, he is a created being) wants you to believe you are not worth much of anything and that God cann't help you in your time of trouble. God says "15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me."(Ps 50:15)

You trust your bf? (Prov 25:19)
"19 ¶ Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint."
"5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 ¶ Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil."(Prov 3:5-7)
Give your life over to God and He will be your shield and defense "1 ¶ He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler."(Ps 91:1-4)
God is allowing these hardships in your life. He wants your undivided attention and loyalty. He wants you to give your life completely to Him. Then, with your permission, He can do the work in you that needs done.
from Ellen G. White's book 'Mount of Blessing, Page 71'
"The Father's presence encircled Christ, and nothing befell Him but that which infinite love permittted for the blessing of the world. Here was His source of comfort, and it is for us. He who is imbued with the Spirit of Christ abides in Christ. The blow that is aimed at him falls upon the Saviour, who surrounds him with His presence. Whatever comes to him comes from Christ. He has no need to resist evil, for Christ is his defense. Nothing can touch him except by our Lord's permission, and 'all things' that are permitted 'work together for good to them that love God.' Romans 8:28."
Give yourself totally to God. He is the one with your answers. He will give the answers to you, personally. He loves you with an everlasting love. You are being prayed for, and Jesus already prayed for each of us...1st He prayed for His desciples, then in verse 20 He prays for us..."17 ¶ Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
20 ¶ Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;"(John 17:17-20)
God bless you as you seek Him with your whole heart.
