How many of you actually want it to be civil in here? I don't. Where would the fun come from if everyone were polite? This section would be the equivalence of a ghost town.

It relies upon on what your definition of "radical" is. I truthfully have not heard human beings call the Tea celebration "radicals" yet there is overwhelming info that they are by utilising and massive racists. The Tea celebration is largely the an prolonged way ideal wing of the Republican celebration, all started by utilising Dick Armey, a an prolonged way ideal Republican whose important (if not in basic terms) objective is to injury Democrats, not fix us of a. as an occasion, sixty 5% of all debt the U. S. has piled up because of the fact the inception of the rustic exchange into made by utilising 3 adult men -- Reagan, Bush I and Bush 2. meaning in basic terms 35 % exchange into made by utilising all the different Presidents, Republican or Democrat, even Roosevelt, who fought and won international war 2 would not have this effect, nor does Obama who's spending like a drunken sailor. ask your self -- the place exchange into the Tea celebration whilst Bush exchange into blowing trillions on the Iraq war (and nonetheless dropping)? they merely confirmed up whilst a Democrat exchange into in place of work. They exist in basic terms to injury the Democrats. If a Republican is elected interior the 2012 election the Tea celebration will disappear whether he will advance spending even added. The Tea celebration isn't something greater suitable than a racist Republican celebration attack device. there have been distinctive incidents of Tea celebration communities being kicked out for threatening Obama and calling him "******" or different racist time era. The Virginia Tea celebration circulation exchange into caught promoting T-shirts that stated "i'm the Tea celebration and that i'm Racist and Proud". there is surely no question that the Tea celebration is definitely peopled by utilising racists.

The angry nitpicking and name-calling is fun to observe, but not something I regularly participate in. Sometimes, though, I'll admit I just can't help it.

I am often surprised, however, at the level of civility and tolerance that is presented in the most unlikely of places. I have met some pretty smart cats around R&S . . .

Fair enough.

I usually push for civility here--I give polite answers and have slapped the hands of a few people who didn't. When people just throw poop at each other...well, that entertains for a little while, but eventually you realize it just smells bad.

There's a difference between polite and boring. One can use wit--even harsh wit--and get my applause. It's just the thoughtless bickering that I want to subdue.

What goes around comes around. Personally, I choose polite, but it's a free internet so you can choose as you like, just remember the karmic consequences might not be too "fun" at some point.

I actually try to be civil. I will respond more vehemently to an ignorant, stereotypical question though. I do like the humorous ones too. :)

I don't care for rudeness, as it's boring and doesn't reveal anything very deep. I used to feel the way you did when I was young, but I grew out of it partly because I got tired of saying the same things over and over again and hearing the same things over and over again. But, to each his own. You will eventually get bored of it, too.

I would hope people come here to learn about the One True God - Jehovah - the Great I AM - and His Son Jesus Christ.

That is why I'm here. If you are not here for that, find another forum - maybe a comedy club one? or one where you can stir other people up? not sure.
