this is my prayer for you
15For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints (the people of God),
16I do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers.
17[For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
18By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),
19And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,
20Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places.]

21Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.
22And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],(A)
23Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].

I recieve it, in Jesus Name.

For the first time since my Dads conversion to Christ 15 years ago, He was at my home a few weeks ago visiting from Texas, and I asked him to pray a blessing over all of us as he is the head of the family.
He is very shy, but he did it, one by one.......what an awesome growth in my Dad to take this step. PRAISE GOD!!!

Absolutely I do. As a matter of fact 2 young women from my parent's home town stopped in yesterday while I was visiting. They came to pray for my mom but looked at me lol and saw that I needed prayer and what they prayed for me was exactly what I needed and have been praying for, using some of the verses you gave above.
Being Christian does not make us perfect and I am always looking for a closer relationship with Jesus.
This girl told me there was a 3 pronged fork in the road and I
did not know which way to go. Which is so true. She prayed for me wisdom and revelation.
I pray for the not saved but also for my wonderful Christian family in my life and here on the net.Awesome is our Lord!

If you are speaking about ministering to one another, then YES! WE MUST!

Luke 22:32
But I have pray ed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brother s."

But if you are talking about debating one faith over the other, then the Word DOES speak AGAINST debating.

Romans 1:29
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate , deceit, malignity; whisperers,

Indeed we are! In fact, Jesus tells us to remind HIM of HIS word when we pray! The scriptures are divinely inspired and those words are powerful!
