I have a friend that has been diagnosed with cancer. I don't know if it is testicular or prostate, but I do know it is elsewhere in his body know. Does anyone know the best treatment for this? Any breakthroughs? There is so much info out there that it is mind boggling! He lives out of the States but I think he thinking of coming over to the U.S. to get treatment. I haven't talked to him in a while and it is hit and miss message :( Help please.

The National Cancer Institute in the US has designated comprehensive cancer centers located throughout the country. These are some of the top facilities in the world for all types of cancer, new treatments, and research. These cancer centers network with each other and share information between facilities. These 2 cances are quite different with different treatments and rates of recovery.

From what you have said is sounds more like testicular cancer.

If it has already spread, the prognosis is not good.
