Water my love, 1,5 liter a day. Drinking water should be trained at school. So it becomes a habit, drink before you get thirsty, right?

Hi:

I am an avid Diet Pepsi drinker dispite the facts that you mentioned above to be true. I have tried lately to cut out some of the DP that I drink and replace it with a bottle of water. I have notice a dramatic difference in my stomach, the hunger feelings and also my skin.

Thanks for sharing these true facts with us and I am sure your post will be teaching this information to many other people.

Let's just hope they too do something to help their bodies thru this.

I dont drink soda anyway, but i am a sweet tea drinker, which is bad but not as bad. Either way I found this very interesting and educational. Good work, and im going to work on drinking more water!

OK we already know! If i do not have a diet coke i tend to be a *********! Yes caffeine helps. Water does not help! I like water i drink it all the time. But i need one can of coke to keep me for being a you know what.

Nothing fully quenches my thirst like water. I drink a soda a week. It has nothing to do with any strict dietary decision. Water just works better.

Lately, I have been drinking more water and I do feel a bit better. I agree, water does help fight fatigue. Thank you for posting this information, I found it very useful.

I never liked soda much. I guess I can thank my mom for that cause we lived on a farm and she always said drink water. We had well water and it was really great.
