take it from a girl,
we are just too shy too say it becausewe never want to be rejcted by a boy so it is more romantic if a boy asks first
the realy tuff girls who arnt afraid to say there feelings to a diffrent gender. THERE IS NO RULE, but girls like it better when boys ask them.

It has been part of our tradition in courting that guys should be the ones professing their love to the ladies. For me, girls who are the ones screaming their hearts out to the guys should get a reality check. But at the same time, guys should seriously strip their useless pride and let their chosen sweethearts know how much they love and adore them.

no way..anyone can say..but you know since most of the girls are shy and just waiting for guy to move first but i guess guys asking is much better.it proves that guys are more confident than girls you think about it but i have to say there aren't any rules like this.

if u love someone then when, how, or why should not be an issue. love is not about pride and who says it first. if u love her and want her to know it then tell her. but if u r afraid of scaring her off then just show her and give her time and yourself time to build up the courage to say it to her. good luck!!!

No, but the guy should have some backbone to be able to say it. Historically guys are the pursuers and the girls are the pursued, thats the way it should be... sorry

Although society acts as though "tradition" should dictate these particular social interactions ... there are no RULES for this at all.
