Undercook your pasta by about 3 minutes. Then toss in heavy cream, 1/4 c. parm cheese, salt, pepper, and 1 egg yolk. You have to toss or stir constantly for about 5 minutes. Really good, not very healthy.

Sautee some finely chopped garlic in 1 part each olive oil and butter, depends on how much you are making. Then add fresh broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper. Let this get slightly soften. Then toss your slightly undercooked pasta in it. Add a little bit of the pasta water. Let this simmer and get thick for about 3 minutes. For my family I use 3/4 box of pasta, about 15 florets, 1/2 stick of butter and 1/4 c. of olive oil. If you would like some protein add some precooked chicken, shrimp, or crabmeat at the very end.

I have a child who does not eat many veggies, so this recipe I make for her to trick her. It's really good, although, doesn't look that pretty.

Sautee up 1 medium diced onions, 1/2 red pepper, 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small peeled zucchini, about 1/2 small pack of sliced mushrooms, 1 tomato, and 1 diced carrot. Make sure you season them well with salt and pepper. They need to sautee for about 20 minutes. Put it in the blender and let it come to a mush. You might need to add a little bit of pasta water or stock to this. You want it to be the consistency of a gravy. You don't need to mush it up though. Then mix the pasta with about 1/2 c. of ricotta cheese. Taste for seasoning. It's so good. You might need to add more pasta water or stock.

You can also add pesto. Do a search, there are a ton of types of pesto.

What You Need

* 1 pound spaghetti
* 1 pound bacon, chopped
* 4 eggs, well beaten
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup olive oil

What You Do

* Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
* Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, reserving some of the drippings, crumble and set aside.
* Scramble eggs in bacon drippings.
* Place spaghetti in a large bowl. Pour in olive oil, and mix well; use enough to just moisten spaghetti. Stir in bacon, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Pesto sauce or alfredo sauce would work but if you just need something quick, put some softened butter and a little parmesan on the hot spaghetti (after you drain it) and toss it.

Chop up a good amount of garlic. Add it to a pan with a hefty dose of olive oil. Turn the heat on low and heat the garlic but don't let it simmer. Just get it hot. Now add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Add your cooked pasta to the pan and toss. Simple and delish!

Try one of these!

ORIGINAL PASTA COMPANY GARLIC BUTTER

1 stick butter
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. fresh parsley

Preparation:
Allow the garlic butter to reach room temperature. Peel six cloves of garlic and chop fine. Stir garlic cloves and parsley into the softened butter. You can place the butter into a mold if you like. Transfer this into a small container, and keep this refrigerated. This keeps up to a month.

OLIVE GARDEN ALFREDO SAUCE

1 pint of Heavy Cream
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Preparation:
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes on low. You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper. I have done this with half-and-half, but we prefer the heavy cream. But I wouldn't try it with plain milk.

FETTUCCINE ALFREDO SAUCE

8 oz. fettuccine
¾ c. Parmesan cheese
½ c. butter
¼ tsp. white pepper
½ c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. parsley

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Combine butter and whipping cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter melts. Stir in cheese, pepper, and parsley. Pour mixture over hot drained fettuccine. Toss and serve with grilled chicken.
