Work credits. Example, preparing presentation materials for him without getting to present. Delivered sucessful project, but he gets the award....

Are you talking about credit for your work? If so then start putting passwords on your files, protect the worksheets to be read only and have your name formatted on the footer.

This is what I have had to do. If you have written something down, make sure that you use a specific color ink (purple) and initial everything that you do.
