or if i do that for a few weeks would it really tone me out good

Rule number 1 for excercise:
light weight more reps = lean tone muscle
heavy weight less reps = bulk muscle

Depends on what your goal is. Are you trying to build muscle, or lean and tone? If you just want to tone then your on track with a light weight high rep work out!

No, in fact that will make you more "cut" and conceivably more exhausted than on a heavy weight, low reps. day. Those are the days when your muscle endurance is developed to its fullest extent, and when the smaller "sinewy" connector muscles (quick twitch response) are developed.

little bits of weight and lots of repititions make u tone and increases the size of the muscle lots of weight and little repititions makes the muscle stronger i suggest do a light weight plan for a two week period and then after that switch off with lots and little weight it will increase ur max by the week
