Guiness does run sweepstakes occasionally. However, to win it, you would have had to have entered. Have you entered any sweepstakes recently?

For some other ways to tell whether you have received a scam or a legitimate win notice, check out this article: http://contests.about.com/od/conttestscams/tp/sweepstakefraud.htm

If you'd like to enter to win some legitimate sweepstakes, check out this list of BIG sweepstakes you can enter daily: http://contests.about.com/od/sweepstakeslistings/tp/topdailysweeps.htm

Good luck!
