For those who asked, the seven Noachide laws are:
Do not murder.
Do not steal.
Do not worship false gods.
Do not be sexually immoral.
Do not eat a limb removed from a live animal.
Do not curse God.
Set up courts and bring offenders to justice.
To answer your question, the problem is that the beliefs of some Christian denominations conflict with one or more of the laws, so I'm guessing no.

I agree that the Noahide laws, like the 10 commandments and other moral laws, are good base for understanding right and wrong.
What they do not offer is a base for salvation. As none of us are able to keep those laws (nor the 10 commandments, the teachings of Mohammed, or any other laws), there needs to be a way of obtaining forgiveness for those sins, and a cleansing of the heart so that we are free of those sins in the future.
It is there were the monotheistic religions split. The Jews still want to offer blood sacrifices for forgiveness, the Christians look to the death of Jesus for forgiveness, and the Muslim look to their works as a means of gaining forgiveness.
Even if they all agreed that the Noahide laws are a base for morally, they are still divide on the more important question of salvation. So it would not form much of a base for unity.

Thats from rabbis who think they have the final word of God, and are offering a feeble and simple creed to non-Jews.
Christians think that a lot of the teaching in the Old Testament (and which is copied in to Islam in part) is a shadow of the real thing .. which comes through and in Messiah.
For christians anyway, the "Jews-only" aspect of Judaism came to an end with Christ, as He was providing salvation for all - Jews, Arabs, Caucasians, and all humans who will believe. That is the "universal" message of salvation that God wants people to follow, in my opinion, and according to our Messiah and Lord and the apostles. It has never been thrown away and replaced.

Why shouldn't a Christian accept them? Jesus refered to the Mossiac Law Covenant a lot.
They include the obvious commandments which Christians should abide by anyway.

You'd do well to understand no religion with a hierarchy like Christianity is going to incorporate anything at the request of Islam.
You are trying to hard to make Muslims out of Christians.

Authentic Christians depend on God and not law for their salvation ... and God is love.
