Please give chapter and verse in the future.
It reads like a verse out of a paraphrased version of the Bible.
The phrase does not appear anywhere in the King James that way.
However, Matthew 15:24 has a similar reading:
"But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel."
As Moses was sent to lead the Israelites out of physical bondage, so also was Jesus sent to rescue the Israelites out of the Spiritual bondage of the Sanhedrin (Pharisees, Sadducees, etc.).
And as prophesied in the Old Testament, when the Jews rejection Jesus, the Good News of the Gospel was to be preached to the Gentiles.

I am not a pastor.....
Jesus was sent to reconcile Israel to the Father because of their chosen-ness. The Greeks and other non-Jews had no knowledge of the Father....let alone a relationship.
These others found an attraction to him by his words and deeds and so they began to follow him. He saw how open they were to reciving him but still, his mission was the Jews. When many -- but NOT ALL -- of the Jews started to reject Jesus -- he turned more to the non-Jews. After Pentecost, there was a huge explosion of Greeks and non-Jews who became Christian -- until the very Church itself eventually became a Greek Church. The New Testament was written in Greek and the Liturgy was in Greek.
God's revelation by the Holy Spirit was only gradually revealed that ALL persons were called to the knowledge of the Father and into relationship with him. But the firstborns were, well.....first! However, the Second Temple had not only a court of women, it also had a court of gentiles (God-fearing non-Jews) http://www.geocities.com/theseder2/templeDiagram.html. Further God had declared that his temple would be for “all peoples”. But again, this took time.
“The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: "All nations will be blessed through you."[b] 9So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith” (GAL 3:8-9)

Jesus first came to the lost children if Israel because they stayed from the path that God had given them, they were to bring God the world but they failed so Jesus came back first to the children of Israel, So that they could spread the gospel to all nations look at the great commission.

I am not a pastor, but Jesus was sent to witness to Israel (both in word and deed) to bring the Kingdom of God to Gods' chosen people. Jesus did not reject those Gentiles who came to Him for help, but His commission was to preach the Good News to the Jews.

THE Gentiles which our us are of the ten lost tribes of Israel,
The Jews are of the tribe of Judea. that is why Jesus was sent back for our sins so that we may receive our blessing and the birthright that was lost when we we taken captive by the Assyrians.
