i am 5"2 weight, 9.4 stone, 60kg, 132 pounds what ever way you wanna put it. i went on the contraceptive injection september 2006 came off it in may 2007 and during it i put on 34 pounds. so its been a big change for me so i think i need to lose all the weight i put on

Well honestly, the weight does not matter. What's more important is if you have more fat in certain places such as your; hips thighs, stomach, etc. If those and other places are bigger than you want them to be then its time to hit the gym or whatever you want to use to exercise. But if it's just your actually body weight that ur concerned about, no biggie, that's normal when you have had that type of injection.

You're not that overweight. Just a little.
And don't listen to the answers above, birth control really does change weight like that... i have gained 15 pounds since I stopped mine, but I was really underweight to begin with.
Try maintaining a healthy, normal diet and you should lose whatever you gained. Exersizing would help too.

I think it would be healthy for you to lose it and especially if it's that much higher than what you were before.

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

alcohol has calories too you know sub three drinks a week for lighter versions to drop a pound a year
