Do you think this is a Good Under-Eye treatment??

I am thinking of buying this for my puffy undereyes:

My concern is, however, will it also HYDRATE the undereye area? I also want something that will hydrate...will this do so even if it is only a gel?

Nothing really hydrates, it keeps in moisture that is already there. For that, put it on when your eyes are still a little damp from washing, and it should seal in the moisture.

I just heard that Vitamin K is A GREAT under-the eye treatment for puffiness and bags, it's supposed to reduce dark circles too!

I was watching some hollywood makeover on tv, and the makeup artist used Vitamin K under the girl's eyes.

i know this sounds wierd, but buy some preperation H ointment, yeah the stuff for hemroids. it has a vascular constrictor in it that will eliminate the puffiness you are worried about and it will moisterize at the same time. i know its odd but its cheap and super modles use it. it's at least worth a try.
