Some girl in my intro chem class already took AP chemistry. THe teacher explained that she should be in General college chemistry. She goes "wouldnt it be an easy A". Is it wrong of me not to like her because shes there and she shouldnt be?!? I think shes just bein lazy.

No, it isn't wrong because all of us would feel this way. It also shows insensitivity on her part because a lot of people may be struggling in the class, just trying to pass, but here she is, lording her "I'm so smartness" over the class. If she is being lazy, then that's her problem. However, for the thoughtless remark, she gets a "F."

Yeah, she sounds like a total slacker, but don't be a hater. She probably is one of those overachiever types with a fear of failure. MAybe her parents are putting all kinds of pressure on her to get straight A's and win a scholarship somewhere, and she's probably freaked out that she may get less than an A in the harder Chem class. It is definitely taking the easy way out, but I'm sure she has her reasons. Try to see if she can be your lab partner, though- it could come in really handy for you!

i dont know what AP chemistry is, but if she seems so confident about it she should try a harder class, its not wrong to dislike her, if she seems too over confident about the class, there will always be someone with a bigger ego because they believe to know the stuff you don't, either just to look good, and annoy others to get praise for teachers
