Boiled eggs are actually a component of low calories diets. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs are very nutritious. Milk, even low fat milk, can add to your weight, because it's a drink, and you can easily consume a lot of calories.

yes..but other foods do a better job. try having panckaes with loads of butter and syrup, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese omelette, white toast with butter. For lunch, go to mcdonalds...have any value meal. For a midafternoon snack, have doritos and cookies. Then for dinner, have fried chicken with fried rice, for dessert have a HUGE piece of cake with milk. Before bed have some cookies and/or ice cream.

I unintentionaly lost weight AFTER I eliminated eggs and dairy from my diet. However, I did not do it for weight loss reasons, but for health reasons-- For the animals, for the earth, for myself. The weight loss was just a bonus.
