If you are late, and have lost the statement, the damage is done already. You've already incurred the late fee and interest.
Just wait for the next statement to arrive, and pay the card off. As long as you pay off within the following month, your credit history will not be effected.

Instead of going to individual sites to pay bills online, why don't you use online billpay thur your bank -- most major banks offer it free of charge.
You go to one place and schedule all your bills. You can set up automatic payments for recurring charges like mortgage or car payment. Most payments process within 2 or 3 days. A few places may have to have checks mailed and take longer.
You have complete control and can change or stop payments right up to the last minute. You also have records showing your payment history. I've used my bank online billpay for over 5 years and never had a problem.

Your best bet is to just go into the store that you got your card from and have them look up your account. Once they look up your account they'll have all your info right there on their computer and you can pay it then. That's stupid that they charge $15 to pay it online, but depending on how much you owe, are going to pay and how much of a hassle it is to go into the store it may be worth it......just my opinion!

I know exactly what you mean, you can view and pay your account online, if its due the same day you can still pay it but they charge 15 dollars

Here is the link just click on manage your card. From my experience you can not pay it at the store.
they only charge 15 if its due within two days, otherwise there is no fee. the 15 dollars for me was better than the late charge

No I pay it online for free, when you go to bestbuy.com go to credit cards and click on manage my account then you can get to the HSBC web page that you can make your payment in but don't choose rush payment so there would be no fees for regular payment.
