If you contact your dealer and can prove you own the car, with the VIN they can create a key to get you in the car. Don't know what the cost would be. No way you can get to a second set, huh?
Good luck.

A locksmith isn't really that much and if you have AAA or other Motor Club it is covered free . . . Besides you can always charge Locksmith on your credit card . . . Another way although it may take time is going to the dealer with VIN number and order a key . . . This may take a few days or can be shipped over night . . . Locksmith is your best and fastest option as they deal with that all the time. But you can always hire some local thug that has a "Slim Jim Tool" . . . Most states it is actually illegal to own one . . . Locksmith sounds better and better all the time . . . Credit card accepted or better yet if a relative or friend has Motor Club Membership ask to borrow it as lock outs are covered and they will dispatch a locksmith. . . It won't cost you a dime . . .

I found this for you: Get a nail file or small pocket knife. Put in the TRUNK lock and jimmy it very very gently until it turns. Then climb in (making sure not to shut it on yourself) and find the backseat release pull/button (most cars have them so people don't get locked in the trunk). You will then be able to get into the back seat and unlock the door (at least the back one). Ta-DA, you're in the car.
The reason you use the trunk lock is because it is much easier to pick than the driver door. And it is important to be very gentle and not push it too far or else you will break off the file and then you're screwed.
P.S.S Go to a AAA auto club and they will make you a plastic key on a card for just this occasion, it only costs 15 dollars. Or you can always take your car to a dealer and have them cut you some spare keys to keep at home in case, but it is more expensive.

Have someone take you to a Toyota dealer, bring along the VIN number---it's on your insurance card or you can see it looking through the windshield from outside on the left top corner of the dash panel---and some ID. The dealer can cut a new key with that info. Fire dept's do open some cars for free also.

This is a long shot but worth a shot because it won't cost anything.
Get a tennis ball and put a small hole in it. Place the tennis ball on the door lock with the hole facing into the slot where you put the key. Firmly press the ball against the door to force air from the ball into the key-slot. If done right the pressure from the ball will pop the lock up.
If this fails call your local police. They usually have a device than can unlock a car in seconds and they don't charge.

Get a door block - you know the little wedge that keeps it open...
Stick that in the top of the door, it will not hurt anything.
Then you can use the coat hanger to unlock the door - snag the keys - whichever is easier.
