my son is severely smashed up due to a car crash,he cant work for the time being, how is he supposed to pay his bills and buy food. has this happened to you? did you get any help from any agencies of any kind?

i realise that insurance would have covered this , but he has no isurance of any kind. he doesnt drive and was an inoccent passenger

yes there is help first he is entitled to social security disability. file a claim on line or at the local s.s. office. if he was a passenger whomever was driving can be sued get a personal injury attorney. make sure it is the best one you can find .they will take the case on a percentage basis and it wont cost you anything. when they are done your son will have the funds to be self sufficient. do it NOW the sooner you get an attorney the better. also contact social services for help that's what they are for.

Get a good lawyer and maybe call some local or state government agencies for assistance.
