Has anyone taken a cruise to the western caribbean on enchantment of the seas in November?

I am looking for pointers, what to expect for weather at our ports of call: Key West, Cozumel and Bahamas.

What the enchantment ship is like?

What are the themes onboard, or how to get that information?

What is best to take advantage of when I am at any of the ports of call and what I should stay away from?

What is the best hotel to stay at in Fort Lauderdale pre cruise?

It wil still be beautiful weather in November. The Enchantment, like all Royal Caribbean ships, is beautiful. It is not in the Voyager or Freedom class so there will be no rock wall or wave runner but they have atleast 2 pools, the solarium pool/ hot tubs is ages 18+. They have shops on board, clubs, casino, great food & entertainment. For onboard activities check out your daily cruise compass. Also go to the Discover Shopping talks onboard & only shop where the ship recommends, otherwise (especially in the Bahamas) you may get ripped off.
Carlos'n Charlie's in Cozumel is a blast! There are several great shops in Cozumel right off the pier (I was their Thurs sailing on the Liberty of the Seas.
Royal Caribbean is usually helpful in finding great hotels too so definitely give them a call or visit them online at www.royalcaribbean.com

The weather will be very hot - assuming there is no hurricane. November is usually pretty safe. Royal Caribbean is my favorite cruise line - all the ships are great.
Cozumel is a great port - and the beaches there are beautful. I would plan on doing a beach day there for sure. Key West is tourist - shopping, etc.
The Bahamas - if you stop in Nassua definately take the ferry over the Paradise Island ($5.00) and see Atlantis Resort. Don't do the shore excursion - as you can go there on your own and it's free.

I've done this cruise. November 2004. Hurricane Floyd. yes of course a hurricane. To make a long story short. We flew into Miami - not Ft Lauderdale - stayed at the Fountainbleu - beautiful. Supposed to board on Monday 8 a.m. didn't board until 8 p.m. the ship is nice...big.... lots to do. go on line for all the info...www.royalcaribbean.com. Key West is great...lots of shopping in the port. Bahamas..go straight to the casinos. Didn't do Cozumel because the port was destroyed by the hurricane. Hide anything valuable in your room....the staff is not as honest as they seem.

I went on the carnival triumph in november to jamacia, cozumel and grand caymen, it was in 2001 and it followed Hurricane Michelle, the beaches were damaged with debris and whatnot. Other than that I have never been on royal caribbean

It is actually pretty darn hot and there could be storms. In the bahamas, try to see Atlantis. Its that big pink hotel on Paradise island. Bon voyage!
