It wasnt anything major, he called me this morning and asked me if I took it, I denied it and acted upset with him for asking. Should I come clean? If so, how?

A bottle of wine, that's it. He has this wine rack full, and last night I asked him if I could have one for my girl's night tonight, he said no (and was a dick about it) so I grabbed one. I didnt think he would notice.

why are u stealing from your boyfriend...? i'm sure that whatever the item was, if you had asked him he would have given it to you or let you borrow it... i sense some trust issues, or some kleptomania...

dammit u did all the wrong things .....one u stole 2 u lied so basically he knows and u need to buy him another bottle exactly the same.......hmm cant believe you did that u cldnt have been that desperate ****. Okay so this guy gave u a test right and u fell straight into the trap now he knows exactly what kinda person you are i dont mean that in a bad way i just mean he knows your personality and well **** that im gonna be honest ur a liar and ur a thief. If u wanted the damn bottle u shld have told him you wld pay him back when u cld but it was a last minute thought and it was kinda urgent......and well ur a **** head for being so selfish....u clda begged and pleaded and worked out what kinda person he was but now now uve made ur self the dik and if he ditches u its not over a stupid bottle of wine its because u lie and u steal and when somebody says no ull do it neways......hmmm

No matter what it is you should come clean and return it. Give him a call, admit you lied, and tell him why you did it. Make sure you apologize and tell him how it has been bothering. At least you will seem honest.
Why didn't you just ask for it? If it isn't anything major, he probably would have gave it to you.

I think u should tell him the truth.it is a big mistake steeling from u r friends.even if it is a major thing or a minor thing give it to him him.the best way is when is say sorry to him first thing when u meet him and say this mistake will never reapet again and tel him to give u a punishment and accept it.wish u a best of luck.

Why did you steal from him and what did you steal? I would come clean or just take it back and put it somewhere so he finds it. But if you say you took it he might not trust you again.

no dont say anything but go back to his place and put it back under the bed or something. then think why u took it. u need to find the root of the problem cause yes it is a problem.

Yes. If you come clean now it'll help him trust you more in the future. However, if you don't come clean he'll probably think he lost it himself and it won't matter.
