My undereye area cannot take heavy or rich creams, so I was thinking of buying a soothing undereye gel. But would an undereye gel hydrate the area or not?

St Ives makes a Cucumber & Elastin eye stress gel. It's nice and light, takes care of puffiness and absorbs quickly. It moisturizes without leaving a film on your skin. On days when I wake up puffy, I stick it in the freezer for 5 or 10 minutes before I apply it.

There are several gels available that can hydrate without being heavy. I'm including a link to a Clinique one, but from that site, you can find many more brands.

yes, I use lumene and it's a roll on serum....seems to do the job, and if you put it in the fridge it can help with puffiness.
