The answer to the question that usually blows them away is: I take my work seriously, I am an honest person, I will never steal from you, I am always on time and committed to being the best employee I can for the company which hired me.

I have always gotten the job when asked this question. The key is to look them dead in the eye and be honest when you're saying it. Good Luck!

This is where you need to dazzle them with all the good things you can offer the company. Actually do some homework on the place so you sound like you know what you're talking about. Speak in terms of how them hiring you would benefit them, don't say things like 'because i'm motivated'.

Companies like to hear you describe how your skills will best fit their needs. They also like to know that you've researched the company and understand it.

I would prepare this answer in advance by doing the research, then carefully going over the job description and figuring out how each of my skills and my past work experience match up. Remember specifics, like awards you have won or other accomplishments. This is essentially your chance to sell yourself to the interviewer.
