Why is it when another Atheist directs a question to Christians must other Athiests answer? They asked for the Christian view point in most cases, not their own. The question was asked of Christians. Just like here I am asking Atheists to answer and I expect atheists to answer.

I said I asked this question of atheist and I expect atheist to answer. What do you think that means? I was implying that it go's both ways! My goodness Why can't I ask a simple question?

Like Mable I can't answer this question because I am not an Atheist. But I as well gave you a star for the same reason.

It's so you can have a well-rounded range of opinions. I answer questions like this all the time (directed at atheists), and I'm not an atheist.

I try to avoid those, but sometimes I think I can offer a valid point about Christian theology. I've read the Bible, and I've been to church. My view may not agree with the Christian one 100%, but it's still valid and offers insight.

As a teacher if I were to ask Billy to answer a question I would not expect Sally to answer! Therefore, I see nothing wrong in your question.

Your question contains an extraordinary generalisation. You are implying that in every case where a Christian is asked a question by an atheist, the question is always answered by another atheist, and not by the Christian who was asked.
You may not have intended it, but that is exactly what you are saying.
I am an atheist, and I never cease to be amazed at the arrant nonsense, generalisation, and exaggeration spouted by religious believers, either in attacking non-believers, or in support of their beliefs.
I feel no need to do either. I am quite prepared to accept that other people are religious, and I have no desperate urge to defend what to me is reason.......even common sense.

If you really want answers, I suggest finding a question directed to Christians and emailing the atheists who answer as to why they answered.

Free will, are you trying to limit free speech? If like anything you don't like the answers, log off and go ask someone who agrees with you, that always seems to be the way to keep a small self centered view of the world.

I am an Atheist and from my view point many Atheists, like me, are very educated in the religion they do not believe in. On the other hand, how can you not believe in something that you know nothing about....? And its DIVERSITY. To find an answer to a question, you have to ask more than one point-of-view. You are limiting freedom of speech.
